You may cancel an order in writing within 48 hours of placing an order. Please email email@example.com. A refund will be arranged by the original payment method within 7 days.
Personalised products are non refundable after 48 hours of placing an order. All Items are sent 7-10 days after the customer has approved their proof by 2nd Class Royal Mail. Tracking is not available.
In a bid to be environmentally friendly, Bethany Lauren may opt to use recycled packaging.
Damaged products must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt with clear photographic images included. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org so replacements can be arranged.
Discount Codes are closely monitored and abuse of such will lead to orders being directly cancelled.
Due to the individual nature of my work, terms of each contract are specific and will be detailed alongside any invoices sent.
Bethany Lauren reserves the right to take legal action against any businesses or persons who fail to pay invoice balances for work that has been completed.
Invoices are payable on receipt unless otherwise agreed.
Bethany Lauren reserves to right to charge clients a termination fee of up to £500 if they wish to end any agreements. As a result of this payment, all information including website hosting and log in information will be returned to the client.
